Job Responsibilities

• Set up and change tools in injection molding machines.
• Optimize process parameters to achieve high quality and productivity.
• Start up and adjust machines according to production orders.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues during operational disruptions.
• Perform basic maintenance and servicing on machines and auxiliary equipment.
• Document settings and process changes.
• Collaborate with the quality and production departments to ensure compliance with quality standards.
• Follow workplace safety and health regulations.
• Create and maintain robot programs.

Qualifications and Experience Requirements

• Experience working as a setter in injection molding.
• Knowledge of injection molding processes, plastic materials, and tool changes.
• Basic understanding of reading technical drawings and measurement techniques.
• Ability to troubleshoot and optimize machine settings.
• Technical education in plastics, production, or maintenance engineering is an advantage.
• Experience working with industrial control systems and automation is a plus.
• Good understanding of quality systems and documentation.

Currently, we are looking for setters for a two-shift schedule.
